When I lift at home, I always listen to music just as I would at the gym. The beat keeps pushing me. I also write down what I plan on doing, so I can stay focused and see the finish line! Hope this helps.

I would not weigh yourself everyday, your weight will fluctuate due to water weight. I weigh myself once a week, or once every two weeks. Also, I agree with the other post. I've found that using the flex while I workout gives inaccurate readings. I always have to switch to my polar when I go to the gym, or go for a run.
