5'3"ish here! Started at 127, down to 116. I've been maintaining for months at 1600 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week.

Have you ever did a slight incline and do a sideways trot? Walking at a fast pace at incline works your muscle slightly different than running, and doing a sideways trot also works your muscles differently. I like to change up my cardio days between the three to keep my body adjusting.

I am 32, 5' 4" and I started at 127, and now I am somewhere between 114-117. I lost my first 10 pounds fast by restricting my calorie intake. I have since upped my calories and I now exercise regularly. I am starting to tone and my body-fat % is going down! :smile:

The BF and I only eat out once a month. It's more of a saving money deal, but it really helps with our healthy lifestyle. That once a month is so worth it when it comes time!!!

This^^^ I like to dip my crunchy Oreos in milk! Also, besides maybe lower sugar and using whole wheat flour- a real Oreo is 70 calories and this is only 64...... edited because the link says a real Oreo is 90 calories- the Halloween ones I bought last week were only 70 :happy:
