You don't cook it at night- you put in the fridge and it "cooks" overnight. Some people like it cold..... I like it both ways....and I enjoy being a strange creature- wouldn't change it for the world!

I find it easier to take a day off every 3-4 days...I work out 5-6 days a week. It was hard at first, but now I look forward to those days!

My bf just the other night came home and out of nowhere was like "wow, you look great!" Quickly after he made some statement about how hard it is to tell when someone close to loses weight because it's so gradual and you really don't think about it. I usually buy the 1% kind (the no-fat tastes funny)- I like the large curds over the small ones as well. I like to put Western dressing on mine - Yum!

I usually burn around 140-180 calories per session- I am 5'4" at 114 pounds (very near my goal weight). There is a circuit training under cardio I see other people use. A HRM would be your best bet!

I run at 6.5 mph at a 3% incline and walk 4.4 mph at a 6% incline....I burn almost 600 calories in an hour.
