Ice cream and cheese (although not together) I substitute light or non-fat cheese now (if I really need it) and I will only have ice cream as Sugar Free Yogurt from a yogurt shop (usually only about 4 ounces)...and that happens maybe once every two or more months :(

The dressing and cheese! I check nutritional info at restaurants before I order. Sometimes I can do it before we get there, otherwise I check while reading the menu. I also only eat out once a month :)

I do! You can look at my diary if you'd like (Monday through Friday are the best examples). I try to keep most of my meals between 200-300 calories a piece, and my snacks between 100-200 calories a piece. I've been struggling to get all my calories in at the end of the day, but I am improving.

Right when I wake up. I average it at the end of the week. I fluctuate a lot, so when I finally hit my lowest pound and hold it for 3 days, I know it's permanent, and on to loosing that next pound!

I mostly eye it or do the calculation based on portion size. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years- I have good idea of what 4, 6, and 8 ounces are. I try and keep my portions at 4 and occasionally 6. I have been thinking about getting a scale....hmmmmm

Smaller portions of healthy food = more meals ( I eat every 3 hours)...liquids are huge in calories!!! Watch what you are drinking, and eat protein!
