I love http://easeinto5k.bluefinapps.com/ if you turn on gps you get your run, distance, map, pace, calories burned and track over time you can import your play list, or I listen to audio books. its a 9 week program to train for a 5k, its challenging.. but starts you off slow... and builds you up over time.
