so i did workout nine yesterday and all i can say is holy crap! first of all, the crabs with weights don't bother me at all. i've lost more than six pounds, so having six pounds of weight on me is actually less resistance than i had in the beginning with crabs because i weighed more. but the rest of the moves? half of them…

I didn't start sweating until week seven. workouts 7 and 8 kicked my butt (in a good way) and i was DRENCHED after them. makes me excited for the next four workouts!

Mine has come at the beginning of each phase so far and i just push through it. Hey everyone! I'm new, but I just finished week 8, onto week 9 on Monday! I'm down 11 pounds and 15.5 inches, but tomorrow is my weekly weigh in day and my monthly inches report so I'm excited to see what I'm at after phase 2! Bring on phase 3!
