  • I get nasty headaches from Aspartame/Nutrasweet, but have no reaction to stevia, Splenda or Saccharine. Always have, ever since it was first introduced. Some people can consume them with no problems. Some people can't. If they give you a headache, or otherwise don't work for your body, don't use them.
  • A can of tuna in water, drained, mixed with a Tablespoon of Greek Viniagrette dressing. Good over romaine as a salad, or in sandwich wrap of your choice - pita, tortilla, bread, or even on crackers!

  • I had some a few years ago - loved it, but very expensive. Just saw some at the grocery tonight for like $6 a jar! I think I spread it on crackers, or on a sandwich with honey & bananas. Been thinking about making it myself in the food processor.
