Hi everyone! I am restarting and have 100 to lose and can use the encouragement!

This is a real problem for me as well! I like to stay up till 11 or 12 most nights because it is the only time of day that I get any quiet time. Late night snacking is a problem. I have had it under control before and know I can do it again with support.

I can really tell! Terrific job!

Sounds great! Found a recipe similar but they substituted ground flax for the beadcrumbs...hmm... I think I will have to try them both ways and see which one I like best.

I was thinking an Angel Food cake would do the trick and so I found this recipe Angel Food Cake with Berries http://www.dlife.com/diabetes/diabetic-recipes/Angel-Food-Cake-with-Berries/r6746.html

I think eating more and changing your macros is a good idea. Of course keeping active. The other thing, and this is going on with me, is check your hormones. I happen to be going through peri-menopause ( yes, at 43 ) and it is causing my wt loss to stall. It actually explains a lot. Anyway, good luck and God Bless ~Louisa

You look amazing. Total transformation! Great job and good for you and your wife to be keeping healthy together. I live in MO too - not too far from Columbia actually!

I am a slow loser also. I started out losing quickly and then gained some back at the holidays while my mom was here and I couldn't work out. I have been slowly taking it back off since. Won't be doing THAT again ! I had a two month plateau that really sucked but thankfully some MFPers helped me adjust some settings ( high…

Hi - I too have a bit more to lose. SW was 254 Got down to 210 and then bounced back up to 230 over the holidays and winter even though I was still exercising. Plateaued for 2monthes...horrible. Changed things up a bit .... and I have gone high protein, low carb, no white sugar or flour and I my scale is moving again. YAY…

Amazing... Very inspirational. I am glad someone took a chance and helped him. He doesn't even look like the same guy. He sure looks happier and healthier! Motivates me to keep trying Yoga. Thanks for sharing...

I think that cut would look really good on you and very flattering. The sweep of messy bangs would work really nice and the lift in the hair ( the added height ) would really flatter your face. Go for it

Although my situation isn't exactly like yours, it still rang true for me to read your post. To be honest, your friend doesn't sound like she is ready to do the work and make the commitment. We all have to get to that point or have that AH- HA moment on our own - that I know for a fact. I think you will be there for her…

Dress #1 for sure. It's classy and flattering and will look fantastic with your boots too. Go for it!! You look amazing by the way!! Go out - have fun - and shake that tail feather. You have NOTHING to feel insecure about....REALLY!

We were all very strong athletic farm kids growing up. All five of us. I went out for every sport in school and so did my siblings. We all stayed busy and active and none of us were overweight. I put on a few inches in college but was still skinny. It wasn't until I got married and got a sedentary job that I started to…

Kmart had a deal just before Easter - 5 for $4 of those great big HERSHEY'S chocolate bars & the ones with almonds. I went ahead and got 5 ( one for each of us plus one for my Dd's friend since I knew we would be seeing her before Easter). Turns out they all got their chocolate bar for Easter and we still have one left in…

I am not much taller than you. I had 38C in college ( before marriage and kids) and that was ideal for me). Want to get back there again in wt., inches, and breast area. I am 40 DD now ( after kids ) and if I considered anything, after losing all the wt I need, I would get a lift but not implants. I feel top-heavy and…

I am 42. Been on MFP a little over a year now. Lost 44lbs and gained some back until I started really eating clean. I am a work in progress and plan to stay on MFP for a long time. Mother of two ( one is 14 and the other will be 11 soon ) and always on the GO.
