Thanks for the advice. I will see what I can do to get it done outside. What do you think if I do some days I do it inside and others I do it outside? I had a good day today. Drank 14 glasses of water, walked for 30 mionutes and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I rode while I watched the rangers play. i wasn't sure what I as going to do for dance today, but I was the class parent for my 3 yr old daughters class today and she wouldn't do any of it without me. I did about 20 minutes of tap and ballet! I also had 13 glasses of water, stayed under my calories and walked for 30 minutes and rode the bike for 30 minutes!

I have two dogs. One is too old but the younger one would probably love it. He is a little spastic though.
