Zumba is Latin dancing. It is very aerobic and keeps you moving nonstop. Most of it is pretty fast paced, but it makes working out a ton of fun. A lot of people like taking Zumba classes. I actually did the Zumba DVD. It is great because you can do it in your home and no one can see how coordinated you are! You can also do it on your own time. I definitely recommend it for everyone. I have two small kids and the only time I can find to work out is after they go to bed. I know some people have a hard time working out so late, but it works for me.

I work at a pediatric office and sit in a cubicle all day. Not only do I hear kids crying all day ;), but we get SO much bad food brought to us. There is always a cake or donuts in the kitchen.
