Good morning. I have a goal to get to my goal weight and stay there by May of 2020. I too lost some weight, and my body wants to gain it back. Probably psychological. It will be helpful to have a buddy for accountability. 👍let’s chat.

It's such a slow process. The first couple of months seemed like not much progress was made. But your beauty is from within, and all of us here are beautiful, including you. :-) Hang in there....you will succeed!

Not wanting to gain the weight back. So I use the program whether I lose or not, and use the program to maintain. It works. :-)

No, I don't weigh myself every day. The results sometimes are that I lose 2 lbs. or stay the same for weeks. I can get discouraged if I weigh myself too much. I also have taken a break from dieting for a week or so, staying within normal portions and eating reasonably just because it can get boring after a few months. I…
