bump to keep an eye on this. I only started the road map and eating more 2 weeks ago - but so far I am down 1lb and I am eating 1700-1900 a day - which is a big jump from my previous 1200 with my net used to be between 700-900 net now coming in between 1300-1500 as I am just walking at the moment for exercise

I am using a fitbit and aiming to hit at least 10000 steps a day. I am enjoying it and that's all that matters. Keep going, keep enjoying walking and something will happen. X

I just started the roadmap today as well... About a year of 1200 cals, crazy excerise and 1lb lost...(insanity, and jillian michales and running) Time to change it up. It works brilliantly - fitbit automatically adjusts your exercise calories for you in MFP. You set these to work together in each app I have the fitbit one and have this set up to sync on my main pc and my iphone. Obsessed with this !
