  • Hello! Welcome back! I've also gained a lot of weight, and really need to get it off in order to be healthy and happier. We all can encourage each other to get back on track!
  • I think you should do more cardio besides walking. Even though this form of exercise is effective, it's always fun to add more varieties of workouts. You'll also see more results! And remember, you have to burn more calories than you eat. If able, try working out twice a day.
  • I'm pretty sure that it's water. It's impossible to gain 3-4 pounds in a weekend if you stayed within your caloric intake.
