If you've not done any exercise before and you suddenly start doing a lot you could be putting on muscle which is making your weight go up. I had someone take measurements of my waist, hips, arms and thighs and discovered that even though I'd lost no weigh I'd lost a lot of inches in some places.

I have a board on Pinterest where I pin images of body's that inspire me and also motivational quotes. When I try to slack off and not go for a workout I usually end up on that board reading the motivation and it totally makes me want to workout. Hope that helps.

I've never been a fan of the Atkins diet myself. I find it really difficult to have no carbs for for first few weeks. But I do think a lot of poeple dont realise they dont need to eat as much as they do, especially carbs.
