I'm not weight watchers but I want to support and meet anyone who is a serial starter/stopper!

I always love meeting new people and having a chat/ being motivated <3

I'm always up for new friends :)

I don't make a lot of mistakes in my job, but I do annoy myself when I do them. Don't take them personally as the other posters have said, any mistakes should be viewed as constructive criticism. But, there is nothing more frustrating then when you do something wrong....aghhhh!

I have the same problem as you @julie_1217, I start the week with the best of intentions, then I work late, get sick and I don't go to the gym. Then someone will invite me for cocktails or for a meal and then I feel I'm back to square one. I've not found an answer to help stay committed, but happy for you to add me if you…

Soul mates are subjective. If you believe you've met one or then you would say yes, otherwise, you'll probably sit in the no camp. I mean, I'm engaged and I'd never refer to my other half as my soul mate...

I'm a bit behind or in a different time zone because it's gone 9pm now...

If I can I always make phone calls away from other people so I can concentrate. Im pretty confident on the phone but I'll write down what I want to say before hand too. Sometimes I even practice saying it aloud before I call.

Sorry to hear about your mum and uncle. I lost one of my parents just over 2 years ago and I think the fact that it also happened suddenly made it harder to deal with. Everyone grieves differently but I hope now that you're 5 months down the line everything is getting a little easier although I bet everything still feels…

My fiancée plays FIFA, so hes normally unaware of what I'm up to until it gets late and we realise no one had made anything for tea.

Chocolate. Not very inventive or original but it's the only food I occasionally 'need'.

28 and proud (don't forget that 30's the new 20)!

Good luck on your journey! You definitely have the right attitude! Feel free to add me :)

Firstly, I'd like to say I'm not totally sure what a 'front but' is exactly...? Anyway, if you took offence to the comment just tell the person not to say things like that. If they're a friend they'll do as you ask. If doesn't even have to be a big deal.

I'm always up for making new friends

I can't offer any advice on what you're doing, but keep going! Try not to be discouraged or give up as preserverance will get you there eventually. You did it before so you can do it again. It's definitely possible!
-
You're doing really well! Great to hear you've learned so much along your journey too. Feel free to add me if you want another friend on here :)

Feel free to add me, more friends are always better!

Good for you! I would definitely waver if I was hungry and there were tasties placed in front of me.

My boyfriend is the same, he always wants to eat unhealthy foods and doesn't consider that if I eat it it's going to affect my weight loss for the week. I think you're right when you ask if your wife's natural slim physique is part of it. If you've never had to diet or watch what you eat it's difficult to know just how…

Thanks for sharing your story! It's great to hear you've found a way to eat healthy and exercise that works for you. Plus you get to spend some time with your children while doing it. :)

Sorry to hear about you're friends passing. It's always hard so focus on dieting or weight loss when you've had something bad happen. All I can say is don't give up. Take it slowly and start adjusting your bad habits and stopping them one by one. You'll hopefully find that once you stop a couple the rest will follow more…

I'm also trying to do no alcohol on a weeknight too, so I'm glad I found this post! I've already realised that by removing my alcohol calories I can eat more then a boring salad at lunch as I don't need those extra calories for a glass of wine (or 5) later in the evening.

I live in the UK and always feel out of sync with everyone on here.

I wish I was disciplined enough to do that, but for me it's a nice shower and a cup of coffee to wake me up.

Before I tell me story I will say I don't like the term 'fail'...maybe slipped, up but failed sounds permanent and if you've gone on to lose 33 lbs then its not permanent  This time is different as I'm losing the weight for different reasons. Before I just wanted to be slim and be like all my friends who were slim…

Feel free to add me, I'm active daily :)

I have loads of food allergies and still eat all the food I'm allergic to (don't worry, I saw a specialist who said it was ok). I've gained and lost weight during this time so I don't think it makes a difference.

I wear make-up daily and I only workout after work, so I do go to the gym with all my make-up on, foundation, bronzer, eye-shadow, eye-liner, mascara, eyebrow pencil...the works!. I draw the line at working out with fake eyelashes on. I've seen some girls do that and I don't really get it. I also wash my face with a…
