I've seen people bloat in an extreme way, but only on their stomach and it was due to an allergic reaction to something they ate (I went with the girl to the doctor as it was so extreme). Weirdly the bloating started out of nowhere and after a few weeks it stopped happening. Could it be a reaction to something you ate?

I wear thongs when working out. I've always been fortunate with underwear that it doesn't get in the places I don't want, but if I went commando it would. I don't like having a vpl when working out. I get paranoid the people behind me on the machines are judging me on my choice of underwear...

I think skeletal is a bit of a stretch of a description...no offence. If you're working out and eating healthy and the correct portions you won't be underweight and I don't see anything wrong. If you're quite muscular BMI won't be much help to you.

I put weight on and someone told me I'd lost weight... That was awkward...

I've read a few things that recommend if you're hungry after a workout don't eat more then 50% of the calories back you burned. But make sure you're not dehydrated first and drink enough water.

Hey, feel free to add me. I'm 5"2' and want to lose about the same amount! ☺️

I'm Vicki, from the UK and I'm always looking for new friends on here so feel free to add me!

I used to weigh less then 9 stone and still thought I was big.

It depends on each individual. If I lose weight it makes me feel positive, but I've had times when I've not lost weight but working with a personal trainer and lost several inches in different places. If you're going to get demotivated and give up if you don't see a result you want, then don't look.

I guess if someone says something in a way that bothers you that much, then just address it directly with that person. It doesn't have to be on the forum to make a big scene, try messaging them directly. I'm sure most of the time it's not their intention to upset you or anyone else, but if they do come back and again give…

I find the option to add multiple items to your diary in one go excellent. I'm sure there was a time when this wasn't an option and I'd have to go through everyday adding the same items over and over... I also love the barcode scanner as it means even when I'm lazy about adding a product I can just scan it and *ping* it's…

I yoyo too, but it's usually my own fault. I'll be good all week then ruin it on the weekend. I think you need to make some goals that you can reach along the way. 5 stone (even without the plus) is a big target so maybe aim for 1 stone, then 2 etc.

Wow you've don't really well, I'm so jealous ☺️. Feel free to add me as I'm active most days!
-
Probably would, regardless of who they were cause I'm just filthy haha!

If you feel happy and confident in the size then you rock that feeling girl ;)

I'll be adding you, always up for more MFP friends :)

If you can't stop yourself eating the wrong things then you need to increase the exercise you do to compensate. Health is 80% diet and 20% exercise but if you start working out more it may help you to stop binging, maybe workout at a particular time of day when you binge if you can? Plus if I workout and don't eat enough…

Wow that's a great result! Good work! Feel free to add me :)

I can relate to what you're saying. In 5'2'' and even though I lose a considerable amount of weight I still always thought I was fat/chubby/unattractive. A year or so later I put all the weight back on again as I never saw a difference in my appearance whether I was smaller or larger. I'm not saying the feelings you're…

Yes yes!

It depends what size you are to start with ☺️

I know how you feel, I'm the biggest I've ever been atm too and it's not a good feeling. I guess the first thing you need to do is see your new 'diet' as a new way of life and not a temporary thing. If once you've lost the weight you return to the way you're eating now you'll put it all back on again.

No makeup so I'm looking rather 'natural', however I wanted to play :)

What sort of foods do you eat a lot of that are high in calories? If you let us know maybe we can make some suggestions to help you with some substitutions :) alternatively you could research some yourself.
