Wake up right

Options
Drink 1 litre ice cold water within 20 minutes of waking up! Follow that with 1 16oz glass of Matcha Raw Green Tea! Drink within 10 minutes of pouring. This will give you a minimum of 200 calorie burn advantage throughout the day.

Personally I like to workout within 2 hours of waking up. Makes me more alert and has the incredible calorie burn because you benefit more from morning workouts than night workouts!

    I always preferred working out in the evening as the body is fully warmed up. Personal choice though.

    I wish I was disciplined enough to do that, but for me it's a nice shower and a cup of coffee to wake me up.
