I have the Fitbit One and love it! I was in complete denial how much I was not moving. Now I make sure to get all my steps, stairs, balance my calories, and make sure I am active everyday! My family members and I compete who can get the most steps in weekly. Great motivator. Easy. Holds you accountable.

Beef Barbacoa in slow cooker Chipotles in Adobo (1/2 can unless you can stand heat), juice of lime, bay leaf, cilantro, 1/2 onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, beef round roast. Serve over cilnatro rice, shred and put on tacos, or make enchiladas with them.

I have a spoon/laddle/scooper that I know is 1/4 cup. I have one at work, and one at home. I use this make sure I am portioning out everything. I then use a small bowl and plate. Sundays I make my meals for the week, I then portion everything out in tuperware for my dinners and lunches.

I am with you on the feet thing! Its my biggest fear. People think its funny, but I cant be around people with bare feet, I dont like to look at feet. I sometimes break into hives over it, or a panic attack. I cant even explain it, i know its ridiculous.
