  • Hi there ! Im sick of it too ! I started doing something about it Tuesday after years of not caring ! I wish i could afford the surgery. You can absolutely do this ! The wiping comment is one of the biggest reasons i decided to get healthier also !

  • umm u will do better not to eat them back,.... it just means to me you will still be ok if you eat them back and may still even loose a little ... but its still better to not eat them back... you should see more results that way
