Another vote for garmin. I have the vivosmart hr and love it. Plus it is waterproof. As noted above the online interface is nice as well. The only downside to it over the Fitbit is it is a bit larger and not as "stylish" looking . I am in construction so it doesn't bother me. if I dress up and go out I take it off only…

It didn't post all - anyway. Sad about weight loss. I track everything I eat and almost always below goal. I measure again on the 15th so hopefully I will have lost some inches. Stats start 182 lb, current 178, goal 140 and tone. It is definitely harder now that I am older and body not as resilient.

I'm 42, been at it for 6 weeks. Married with 2 kids and work full time. My biggest challenge is finding time and energy. I am not a morning person but have been getting up at 5:45 and either running or letting Julian torture me with her kettlebell video. I do feel slightly more tone but have only lost about 4-5 pounds

We like muscle tech as well. Chocolate is the only one we use. I think they only sell chocolate and vanilla where we shop. Good taste, blends well and fairly cheap. I also bought invigor8 from Amazon last week and sending it back. I gave it a good 7 day trial but it is disgusting and super expensive. Not worth it for me.

I know they are expensive and it took me like 5 years to finally splurge and buy the vitamix. I got the base model ( they all have the same motor - just fancier settings on more expensive models). On sale at Costco. And I LOVE it. Wish I had bought years ago. We make smoothies and protein shakes everyday and it powers…

Me and my husband have the plant tonics back beats as well. We both love them! Best price we could find was at Costco $55 I think they had a $20 rebate.

What an awesome thread. My husband and my 10 year old hunt. We always have some deer in the freezer. So many people don't understand that hunters do a service for the forest and habitats.

To one other posters point I got the garmin vivosmart hr that you can wear in water and swimming. I love it. Just spent 20 minutes on treadmill to get my step goal for the day. If I didn't have it to push me I would have just sat on couch. I've had for about 4 weeks and average 10,000 steps per day. That is about the max I…

I never would have thought of this but the exercise team i work with does the chocolate horion milk cartons after the workout. Before that I used to be starving and thought I would eat a small cow but if I drink one of those It definately perks me up and tides me over and is convenent - I do not have to mess with a shake…
