I'm not very up on this stuff but I use maxielle true diet in vanilla.I pay £33 for I think it's 1.81 k tub.It's cheaper than most and I find if I have a shake in the morning it fills me up til lunchtime and I also use it before a run and I'm sure it helps.I get it from myprotein or monster supplements.I like the fact…

I found i was getting a lot of pain in my legs when i ran but I have a protein shake made with milk and a sprinkle of creatine in it 15 mins before I run and I do stretches before and after.I now don't have any pain.I don't know if it's one or none of those things that made a difference.Might be worth a try?
