Start by cutting down gradually. If I were you, I would start with fizzy drinks, crisps, chocolate...etc. Swap this out for healthier options like more fruit and vegetables. If you want to stay committed it's best if you actually make or buy stuff which you think is genuinely tasty; that way you are more likely to carry it…

I'm on day 1 at the moment. =) I haven't given in of yet. I think it's more of a challenge when you go out with friends since they are there drinking their milkshakes and having their McDonalds. D=

For me, junk is like chocolate, crisps, any fast food, biscuits, cakes, pastries, cheese in large quantities, ice cream, any takeaways... I'm classing chips as a junk food if they are from any other fast food chain, but oven chips are fine. :)
