So I am NOT a new member, but I have been MIA for about a year. I have gained weight and am not comfortable where I am at so I figured it was time to start back up again. Yes, I overeat at 2 main times. One, that time of the month. And two, when unders stress. I think that one week is a big contributor to why I cannot lose this stubborn 25 pounds I gained. It sounds like the reason you are hurting yourself, is because you are not working out consistently. I would say to start out small. Exercise M, W, F, Sunay for example. Thanks for all the helpful answers. I think I will continue my exercise plan with about half cardio and half weight, but try and increase the amount of weights, and add an extra day at the gym. I work out 4 times a week, sometimes twice a day, but maybe 3 days off is just too much. On that note, any diet plans that you…

I hope its not too late to join, but I am definitely interested in this 10 week challenge. I have 20 unwanted pounds I need to lose. I am great at staying focused exercise-wise, but struggle with food. Any little thing I can pick up and/or share, would be great. Can't wait!
