  • I was just looking up about this...what I found was that you should have more than 30 lbs to lose to be on a very low calorie diet. And 1200 is the min. where you should be able to get all the required nutrition. Lots of sites said this same thing.
  • I've been finding quite a few conflicting calculations online but I can tell you that my treadmill says I burn about 450 calories at 3.0-3.5 mph for 40-45 min.
  • If you like sandwiches for lunch try the Flatout Light flatbreads, they are around 90 cal, 9g fiber, 6 net carbs and really pretty good.
  • why have you decided to do low carb? that does make it much more difficult to pack lunch! I know it can be done but I'm not choosing that route...so just curious why you personally feel healthy grains won't work for you?
