  • If the equipment allows you to enter your age and weight and keeps track of your heart rate, it is as accurate as it can be. I know the equipment at my Y allows me to enter the information and is very good at accuracy.

  • I do the same thing at traffic lights. While driving,with the hand on top of the steering wheel , I use my pointer finger I move it in a left to right motion and which ever side it stops is the lane I go to. (it seems to be automatic, as I do not really notice it until the kids point it out to me.) Lisa :drinker:
