  • Hi! I just started today :) I read on LiveStrong that for the 30 Day Shred you take the amount you weigh and multiply by 1.1 and that will be the approximate number of calories you have burned, so I just added my own exercise and put that it burned 170 (since my weight is 153). Good luck!!
  • I would also like to hear of any positive/negative results! I just started today. I am very out of shape so it was a bit intense for me, and left me feeling a bit nauseous. I'm hoping I can push through it and build up some endurance!!
