Oh for sure! Me too! I work it in my calories about 250 calories I allow for a treat everyday. I find that if I deprive myself, I obsess and want it more and then majorly binge. Don't worry, just get back on track.

Love PB2. Just ordered it. I put 2 Tablespoons in my Chocolate Protein Drink with 1 cup of Coconut Milk. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of jelly to make it a PB and J protein drink yum!! I even mixed 2 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon of water and spread some on celery! What an awesome find!!!

I don't deprive myself. I keep some baked goods in my freezer. Like individually wrapped home made brownies or chocolate chip cookies. I allow myself 1 treat a day. I save for it. I usually eat mine with with a cup of tea. The warm tea seems to satisfy me. If I feel deprived I want to binge and I try to make sure to deal…
