I like them sliced mostly, especially on cooked tropical fruits and with whipped heavy cream. I also put them in salads. Honestly, I like cashews more.

That's a good question, I am interested in this myself. My current shoes give me blisters after Zumba due to pivoting, I believe. I don't get blisters from walking the same amount of steps even at a good pace.
