  • I'm in the same boat! I just finished phase 1 and I am down 4 pounds which I lost week 1. I have lost 14 inches which I'm so happy about but I am with you- I REALLY WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE CHANGE! Just a pound or two would do!
