I am amending what I posted earlier. I watched Kiki's video on metabolism reset. She mentioned that you can do it for 4, 6, 8, or more weeks. I think I'm going to start with 4 weeks. I am a newbie too. Only have been at this for 7 weeks so I hesitate to give advice but here goes... You need to up your calories to your cut, not 100-200 calories. I know it feels crazy but it has worked for so many of us. Give it a try. Eat you TDEE-15%. Good luck!

On your prompting I took my measurements and was pleasantly surprised! I'm down 1" in my waist, 1.5" in my hips and .75" in my thigh!
