I don't trust anything "Livestrong".

Looks like we need to reserve a table front & center for when we get down there.

Good thing I don't follow the Bible and am driving the bus to hell. Who wants to ride with me? Oh and my husband has tattoos, two sleeves to be exact (among others) and I have 5 myself. Too bad I have a successful career and met a man who married me who isn't a drug addict and no, I'm not a prostitute. Get over yourself.

If that's the worst thing you can find in food, you're lucky. I don't eat/buy/support things because of the way a company verbally stands on certain issues - not because of what is OCCASIONALLY found in foods. Hell, a beak was found in a chicken nugget but it wasn't mine so.... bring on the Cliff Bars!

Everybody has advice and wants to share "what works" for them. Figure out what works for you and what keeps you happy and motivated and you WILL succeed. Don't deprive yourself. If you crave a Big Mac, eat a Big Mac. Just make sure you log it and pay attention to how foods make you feel. LOG EVERYTHING even if it's a bad…

I log breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks in the am while packing my lunch for the day. That way I know how much I have for dinner (which isn't always planned). I usually take more than I eat just in case I get a hunger strike (which keeps me away from the snack machine!). Whatever I don't eat I delete before dinner.

Tues/Thurs/Sun - 60 min of Cardio @ gym (elliptical/treadmill/arc trainer/bike) Sat - 30 min of Cardio/Yoga @ home (Wii fit) Rest days- Mon, Wed, Fri but thinking about making one of those days a workout day

Eat them if you're HUNGRY. Don't if you're not. Don't eat them if you just want to eat because you're bored. Some days I do, some days I don't. But I generally try to keep at least 100 calories uneaten regardless.

Almost if not all tattoos done in a house. Because no matter how much money you say you saved to get it done, it still looks like poop.
