  • Hmm...I'm not really sure. Maybe I was thinking too much about what I couldn't eat, and not enough about what I was craving?? I managed to stay away from all the junk food, but just didn't feel full. Thank you for the response. This will definitely give me something to think about next time I have a day like this!
  • I have to agree with the last few posts. I LOVE 30 Day Shred. It's really hard, but well worth it, and only 30 minutes a day for a great burn. I don't have a lot of time for working out, so it fits well into my schedule. Good luck with finding some new things to try!

  • I am going for 160 for now, as someone else mentioned. I have so much weight to lose that I don't want something that is so far away that I can't achieve it. Once I hit this mark, I know I will feel so much better about myself, then I can aim for a lower weight.
