Nothing wrong with hot yoga if your heart is healthy and you take care of yourself; but I might suggest you dont rely on it completely; eat your calories back and eat responsibly while you do it and you will take off the weight and keep it off. Good luck to you.

I agree with this. I had to finally accept that I should start with just a quarter to half a pound a week. I will be happy if I am at my goal next year which is a year from when I started last May. It took me so long to accept and understand this. And its unbelievable the difference logging makes. I never realized how much I ate. I am losing now although I have hit a plateau. Great topic.

It has helped me a lot. I have learned a lot about what a portion is. For instance I cooked myself a four oz hamburger tonight. It looked so small but it satisfied me.

French toast is healthy, period. Eggs are good for you, bread a necessary staple, milk is calcium. If you feel the need to reduce the fat, do that, but I would think it would make more sense to enjoy the french toast and cut somewhere else.
