I also had a set back this week with my weight loss. I walked, stayed under my calories, drank at least 6 cups of water a day and I still lost nothing! I had a bad day yesterday, but I plan to keep truckin' along. Good luck! :smile:

I need motivation!! I do okay for a week or two and then a bad day turns into a bad week... and so on! Please friend me...

I also have a family that isn't too supportive of my weight loss. I also am going "cold turkey" on sweets (ie Easter candy, cookies, cake, ice cream, etc). I can't just cheat a little....I cheat a lot! Good Luck!
