Finally! The most important part...I haven't had a gaming group in years.

The pink ones are super cute and don't look too bright. If you're worried pair them with a more subdued color like black or chocolate brown. The yoga pants are okay. I think it's the writing across the front I'm not fond of, but if you feel good wearing them that's the important thing.

It would probably be a good idea to get in touch with someone local who specializes in treating eating disorders. People on MFP can offer support, but professional treatment would be better.

Hopefully everyone else thinks it's 'fun' too. So far nobody has replied.

Use butter or olive oil when you cook maybe? Don't use light/diet products. Add calorie dense foods to your meals.

Congrats! False, I've considered getting a tattoo, but it has to be perfect and I haven't settled on The One yet. TNP likes trains.

This. I can barely use it on my legs much less anywhere remotely sensitive. Maybe check with a barber?

BMR is the amount of calories your body burns at rest just existing. TDEE is your BMR and your daily activities including exercise. It's the amount you eat to maintain your weight. TDEE is generally used with a cut of 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% depending on how much weight you have to lose. On MFP most people recommend that you…

I think it's like anything else eating-wise. Is it worth the calories to you? If so you eat or drink it. If not skip it. I like to get a skinny caramel coconut latte on occasion. It's close to 20oz of skim milk so there's...120ish calories in a large. It's worth it to me. I enjoy the taste and it's dessert-y enough that I…

Whatever you're most in the mood for.

Cappuccino is nice or a macchiato or even a latte.

I think sometimes it depends on the consistency of the dressing. 2 Tbsp. of a thin dressing might be too much, but 2 Tbsp. of a really thick dressing just sits on a few of the leaves leaving the rest of the salad undressed. I usually just put it on the side and dip the tips of my fork into it for each bite. That way all…

Wasn't the hate of bacon just a myth?

Level 199 at the moment. Someday I'll get lucky and pass it . Edit: Okay, there is something about these Candy Crush threads. This is the second time I posted on one and then finally managed to pass the level.

Part of the problem may be that at 5'11 your healthy weight range is something like 135-176. Have you considered setting your account to lose .5 lb a week, weigh your food, and get back to logging consistently? Or switching it up and concentrating on body composition with lifting? I've still got quite a way to go, but I've…

Actually male calves tend to be kept for veal. So from 6 days to a year or so. It's not any better though.

Warning, invitation same thing.
-
I felt it only fair to add the warning.

That was a joke though...right? *whimpers* Yay wine, do you need glasses?

Spent time in prison for gogo dancing in traffic. Caused a sixteen car pile up with her hips.
-
Don't we all like bacon and wine?

That's just silly. There could be a burial ground under my back yard then where would I be?! Twinkie-less. Notice I don't argue the zombie apocalypse though. Only wears underwear on the outside of her clothing so it stays clean.

Did you bring enough for everyone?

:) It's nice not being easily offended.

Real name is Melvin and enjoys plucking his ear hair.

If you're happy going meat free then go for it. There's no law that says you have to eat one thing or another. Just keep your calories up to goal. I'll also mention that, unless you have a good deal of weight to lose, the rate of loss will probably slow down if you're eating enough to fuel your daily life and work outs.
