I use Sun Warrior Protein powder. But I don't rely on shakes for tons of my meals, maybe once or twice a week, after a hard workout especially. Also, Green Vibrance is a great add in!

I'm thinking about it. MFP says I should eat 1200 calories a day, but I haven't lost a lot of weight eating so little, so I'm thinking of going up to 1300 and seeing if that helps. Anyone else doing the same thing? I have about 5-8 more pounds I'd like to lose.

I drink a glass of water, chew some gum, and space my snacks so I'm never hungry. Doesn't mean I don't tempted and sometimes succumb to the temptation, but I do my best. I also go for a walk around my building and socialize. Once you do that, you completely forget that you are bored. My snacks vary from 10 almonds or so,…

Also important, as previously mentioned, was a good B12 or a multivitamin for vegans. Deva makes a nice selection. Also, flax seed or chia seeds should be added to your foods to get in the important omegas.

LOL. I know, it all sounds like gibberish to us too. Engine 2 is a good place to start, and you can print off shopping lists directly from their website. I definitely feel better. My allergies are all but gone, I have more energy, and find the "journey" interesting. Cheers! :happy:
