Yes. I was just noticing on my calendar today that when I added in circuit training about three weeks ago that I gained a few pounds. The scale is finally starting to go back down again. My body feels and looks different despite the fact that the scale wasn't showing loss.

Sounds like my symptoms before having my gallbladder removed. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have had it removed. See a doctor if it continues. They have medications that can dissolve stones (if you have any), and then you can avoid surgery.

I have noticed that if I am too low on calories for too many days in a row, then I get really lethargic. If you've been really disciplined, you may need to treat yourself to a higher calorie day.

We use melatonin at our house, as well. My son's pediatrician recommended it to get his sleep cycle back in sync. My husband also uses it from time to time as needed. I think it's pretty safe, and you can buy it over-the-counter at any drugstore.

Sounds good! I'll have to look for those. Often when I'm craving chocolate, I go for those Jello 60-calorie pudding snacks. Sometimes I mix it with a few tablespoons of Cool Whip Lite, and it tastes a lot like a Wendy's Frostie (without the "frost," of course.) Very satisfying also.

Definitely. Salt is the culprit. I frequently gain 4 or 5 pounds in water on weekends. Then on Monday, I get back on track, drink a bunch of water, and pee for two days straight! The crazy things we do to our bodies! :ohwell:
