  • Also, if you are wearing your fitbit during Zumba, you shouldn't be also tracking it on the log. Because fitbit is already tracking your movement and heart rate during the class. The only thing I log into MFP or Fitbit exercise log is swimming because I physically am not able to wear the device during that time.

  • I drink 4 liters a day. 1 liter right when I wake in the morning. 1 liter every 4 hours while I'm at work and 1 liter by the end of dinner :) I live in the desert though so the air is very dry. In the winter I was drinking only 3 liters.
  • Mine is short and I condition it. I use Nature's Gate(Aloe conditioner), good ole top o the head stuff. I condition my beard but not the hair on my head. Weird.
