You're getting another recommendation for C25K from me. When I started I could barely get through week 1 without struggling. Now I'm finishing week 6 and really starting to enjoy it because I know I've come so far in such a short amount of time. If you keep it up and don't let your mind take over, you can get through it. No other San Franciscans? I guess I'm the only one...born and raised!

This is pretty much the same thing I order!

I just had a baby so I'm the squishiest I've ever been...not a pretty sight at all!

Which one?

Get what?

Well, I started c25k 4 weeks ago, but just joined mfp a week ago because I knew I would never see any results if I didn't drastically alter my diet. I'm down to 1200 calories/day, too, and know it can be tough sometimes. Good luck!

Try doing the C25K program. It stands for Couch to 5k and it slowly trains you to be able to run/jog a 5k. I'm not a runner at all, but am on week 4 of the program and have seen tons of improvement from when I first started. It's still a struggle, but as long as I keep trying I know I'll be able to succeed. My endurance…
