Take any box of cake mix the kind you normally add egg and oil to and instead of egg and oil mix it with a can of diet pop. Bake following the directions on the box.   • I just made one I actually use oatmeal but just use it as is I don't grind it up. I also put a cup and a half of grated zucchini in it which keeps it really moist. I'll most likely serve it tonight with cooked carrots and roasted potatoes.

  • Every once in awhile my chest strap isnt snug or wet and if you look at the watch you'll see a 0 where your heart rate shows up. A few times it's been fine and part way through my workout I'll notice it says 0. If it says 0 it will be recording nothing. Keep an eye on that number and make sure your heart rate is showing up.
  • I use Body Fortress whey protein powder from Walmart. I really like it. It's way cheaper than any powders at GNC. I don't think it's that bad for me. I mainly use it to make protein muffins and bars for quick easy high protein snacks and the odd smoothy.

  • I suggest taking progress pics. I'm only down 15 and was getting disappointed in not seeing any changes but I decided to take progress pics to compare them and boy am I glad I did. My back fat is in fact disappearing and my muffin top is definitely shrinking!
  • We have one and use it a lot. I've made several dishes in it. I love home made french fries and only need 1 tbsp of oil. I season them with different flavors of Mrs Dash when they are cooking. Plus it's great to not have to turn the oven on in the middle of summer when it's hot.
