  • I'd say try to forget about the last few weeks and don't get down on yourself. Just take small steps to get back on track. You don't have to change all at once, but I think if you just go to the gym once or twice you'll start feeling your motivation coming back. And great job so far! 20 lbs is a real accomplishment!
  • Great story and good job! You overcame the temptation and didn't give up! This story also makes me appreciate the value of this website and, despite having had a terrible day nutritionally and mentally, makes me feel like I can also work towards my goals if I just keep up the good fight. It's the little victories that lead…
  • I am pretty much where you were in your before pick. I'm about 169 and 5'8" right now and my ultimate goal weight is 140. Seeing your success makes me feel like I can see what I'd accomplish if I keep up motivation. Thanks for the inspiration and good job! You look great!
  • I've had the app for a while but I was using another calorie counter until this week. I'm also looking for supportive friends because I think the community is what makes this site super helpful. I'm adding you as a friend now and anyone else who'a looking for MFP friends feel free to add me (:
  • I'm also looking for some motivational support. I want to change my habits not so much to lose a lot of weight but because I feel terrible mentally when I eat really badly. I'm new to this website and appreciate any new friends! I'm adding you now if you don't mind!
  • I'm new to MFP too. I've lost several pounds the past month but recently have started to falter and am looking for more motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend because I could definitely use some!
