I am currently working up to jogging and my walking speed atm is 5kmph I have to jog at 6 so I am almost there now. Just keep trying at faster speeds a little at a time then before you know it you will be running faster for longer.

Its gonna be quite a task in 10 days but all I can say is just try your very best and who knows? Just keep it healthy! I too was offered the path to surgery which was the kick up the bum I needed to do it myself. But we are all different and I really wish you the very best of luck. xx

I know what I have been doing wrong and thats why I am doing something about it! I never said that I have all the answers thats why I suggested you talk to a health professional! But I do know enough to know that eating too few calories and over exercising is not a good thing and will ultimately lead to failure! so instead…

I do mostly walking either outside with the dog or on the treadmill.

I totally agree with this comment :-) your body gets used to a diet so it always pays to change it around a bit to re start the weight loss :-) best of luck x

Great thanks..I have found the difference to be very big too! thankfully I very rarely eat my calories back so I wouldn't have undone any good work I had put in.
