i've lost 30 pounds by purely counting the calories. i don't bother looking at any of the other sections (fat, carbs, protein, sugar etc), just eat what i want as long as i dont go over the calorie count

feel free to add me. i've logged in for 65 days and have lost 30 pounds, i;m male, 51 years old and have had my success so far by keeping to my calorie count and not using the calories i burn when i go for a run:smile:
