Day 7 Done! I also bumped up to 5 lb weights today! Yes, a little harder but I pushed through it too! I also walked 8.5 miles today at a VERY FAST pace. It took me 2 hours and Now I am beat! I took my shower and now going to go lay in my bed and watch tv!!!!!

Topday Day 6 and I have to say it is FINALLY getting easier! The jumping jacks and jump rope segment gets me everytime though....it is pretty tough on me!!!! I keep pusing thru!!!! Everyone hang in there we got it !!!!!!!! Hot Bods in bikinis is what we are going to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI.....If you do not own the video, you can go to Youtube.com and search 30 Day Shred Level 1 and it is on there so you can do it by usng your computer. I hook my computer up to my TV and do it. What type of diet are you both doing? I am confused about if I should count calories or carbs or fat. I guess I am just going to just try to eat sensible and cut out sweets, sodas and exercise alot more. You both have done great on your progress so far! I hope that I can do the same!
