Isn't a drag down.. You will be that lean again even if you don't end up the same measurements. My bf in high school was about 18%, but because I hadn't matured ( or birthed babies) I had an 18" waist. Will my bodyfat be 18% or less again? hell, yes will I ever have an 18" waist again? Hell, no...

To me it means, no processed foods, no dairy, no grain, no soy, no sugar, no booze and heavily processed foods were first incorporated into the north american diet after WW11 and mainly in the 1960s...not that long ago unless you are 6 :P

I would like the entire top row, thank you! Honestly, my taste runs from huge muscles (think strongman competitors) to lean swimmer's bodies. The one thing I cannot stand at all is fat....not cute, not cuddly...it is just FAT. My body varies between muscled and cut to lean/athletic.

Paleo....because it makes me feel good I keep my ratios high fat, mid protein and low carb. I am usually about 30g of carbs a day but I put in a cycle every 5 days to a high of around 175g. And yes, this is ketogenic as well. This allows me to retain my muscle and to shed the fat.
