Hi everyone! I am also 5'4 I am (omg I don't want to tell...) 270 and would love to get down to 155! Of course there will be a celebration when I make it back into the 100's lol. Just wondering if anyone has any super secret tips to share. I am very active...I guess I need to bump it up a couple of notches!
