  • Im there with ya, Ive been trying (which really means not trying very much at all) for the last 4 months or so and I lose about 5 pounds then bounce back up. Up, down, up, down. Ive got a 9 months old and I need to get onto it so I dont pass on my crappy eating habbits, thats my worse fear
  • heya! under exercise theres a breastfeeding option. I think if your fully breast feeding you need a extra 500 cals if thats any help

  • I think it all counts. The guidelines are 8 glasses of fluid and if your eating a whole heap of fruit that also has fluid. I sapouse if your thirsty drink and if your not dont but Im also all for adding lemon or lime to your water to make it taste better
  • I usually chuck her in the pram and off we go at about 1 pm if its sunny but if not I try to do little bit after she goes to bed but by that time im exhausted :(
