I started the beginner calendar. I love it so far. I laughed my way through day 6 today. Cassie is so funny and motivating. I hope I can get stronger and start on the regular calendar in July.

I did Crazy 8's yesterday morning and I am so sore that it hurts to move today. I was going to do it again but I am debating skipping today and doing a nice yoga session instead.

I weighed less when I got pregnant with my daughter than I did with my son but I still would like to make it to my target weight, plus firm up the c-section tummy. :smile:
