Me 2. I think before I eat... If I don't know how many calories are in it... I don't eat it. I feel like I don't really have to "give up" stuff I used to eat as much as plan them into my day. That being said.. I don't eat bagels anymore because they are waaaaay not worth the calories.

Me 2. I feel that way when going out, but then I always wind up eating waaay to many calories!! I think from now on when I eat out I'll have to plan ahead to eat something yummy, but that fits in my calorie budget (maybe after a bad-*kitten* workout!).

LOL! I measure my creamer... I'm such a goody 2 shoes! It does crack me up that you have still lost 48 lbs. Just proves that a couple extra calories can't really hurt as long as you keep going. WAIT!! You're supposed to log diet soda?! Ok THATS never gonna happen.

Me 2!! When I get the munchies at night.. or basically any time I have free time at home.. I get moving. I work out or clean. It really depends what you eat. I normally grab california roll or boston roll when I'm at work (don't trust the raw stuff from a cafeteria lol). All 12 peices California roll: 226 cal; Boston roll: 234 cal. Today I had the Snow Crab roll for the first time: 226 cal.
