I started running last May. I ate back most of the exercise calories but not all of them. Now that I'm running more and more (I want to run the relay here in Pittsburgh in May and it's 6.2 miles) I'm not eating all of them back because I just can't. I ran almost 7 miles the other day and burned a crap ton of calories.…

I was in a 24W and now I'm in a 12 regular. It's taken me almost a year and a half but it can absolutely be done!
